Shipping and Pickup Policy
Domestic shipping
Shipping is available within Indonesia using the services shown through Biteship. Rates remain valid for the period shown at checkout. The agency covers any courier price difference after payment.
Event pickup
Eligible products can be collected on an available event date. Show the one-time pickup code and recipient name to staff. Capacity is limited for each date.
Preorders
Orders containing in-stock and preorder items ship together after all preorders are ready. In-stock items wait; place separate orders if you need earlier shipping.
Delays and loss
If shipping is delayed, damaged, or declared lost, contact staff through an official channel. The agency arranges a replacement or refund based on the review.
