Eligibility and consent

By placing an order, you confirm that you can legally enter into this transaction or have permission from a parent or guardian. The marketplace does not ask for your date of birth for this statement.

Prices and payment

Merchandise prices, shipping, and service fees are shown as a final amount in Indonesian Rupiah before payment. Pay with QRIS on the secure payment page. An order takes effect after payment is confirmed.

Availability and preorders

Stock, purchase limits, sales periods, and preorder estimates appear on product pages. Preorders are ready to ship after production finishes. In-stock items in the same cart wait until all preorders are ready.

Shipping and event pickup

Orders are shipped to the address confirmed at checkout or collected at the selected event, on the selected date, by the named recipient. Check the address, variants, and schedule before paying.

Cancellation and support

Unpaid orders can be cancelled. After payment, staff handle changes or cancellations through official contact channels. Returns and replacements follow the Refund and Replacement Policy.
